Hôtel Mercure Sarakawa de Lomé Managers of the firm KAPI CONSULT, the Vice President of the International energy company CONTOUR GLOBAL, the CEO of its subsidiary in Togo, CONTOUR GLOBAL TOGO, and a delegation from the American bank Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), part of the assessment mission of the proposed substitution of heavy fuel oil to gas for electricity supply in Togo. This project involves the construction of a power station and will be the largest investment ever made in the Togolese power industry.
